Click 'File' then 'Print' to make a hard copy of your order. Either fax this to us (for credit card orders) or post it to us with your payment. The following button will submit your details for reservation - however the details in the credit card fields will *not* be transmitted - just your address/order details. Your reservation will be valid for 28 days. Please note that credit card details are *not* sent when you click 'Submit', even if you fill in the particular fields - they are simply there for when printing out your order form.

NB: Postage and packing to UK and Europe is included in the price. 50p will be added to your order if you are from outside Europe to cover extra postage costs.
